The dual study programme in Business Administration with a specialisation in Industry provides a broad foundation of business knowledge: from financial accounting, bookkeeping, performance accounting and corporate taxation, through marketing and statistics to international management. The programme is complemented by legal and economic fundamentals of business studies. 

During your training modules with us, you will put what you have learned straight into practice: you will work on real projects, gain experience across different departments of our industrial company, and strengthen your skills in communication, organisation and teamwork. At both Bundesdruckerei GmbH and Xecuro GmbH, the dual study programme begins on 1 October at the Berlin School of Economics and Law (HWR Berlin). It kicks off with a joint onboarding week, during which you get to know the company and other new talents. 

Theory and training modules each last about three months and alternate. While you acquire the theoretical knowledge at HWR Berlin, for example in financial accounting, management accounting, corporate taxation and economics, you rotate through different departments in the company. This way, you gradually grow into your future role and are optimally prepared for your career in a modern industrial company.
