Software Development: Always on the Move
As a software developer, you play a central role in our IT teams. Whether front-end, back-end or full-stack, you will develop key components in our cross-functional teams, such as for the federal portal where citizens can apply digitally for administrative services. Or for AI applications within PLAIN, including an early conflict warning system for the Federal Foreign Office. You will be responsible for the development and operation of sophisticated full-stack software solutions based on a cloud-native technology stack, and create architectures and designs for enterprise solutions. Working in agile scrum or kanban teams, you will also regularly set new standards and develop technologies and methods together as a professional guild. When developing software, you will use front-end tools such as Angular, JavaScript and React, as well as frameworks developed in-house. In the back end, you will mainly work with Java and Go.
