Scrum Master Jobs at the Bundesdruckerei Group
As a Scrum Master, you will support our IT teams with agile methods and in the development of a productive environment. The goal: to continuously optimise workflows and promote collaboration between departments and subsidiaries. You will devise, design and improve organisational structures, methods, frameworks and tools. You will also coach your colleagues in the pursuit of new agile methods. You will advise teams and the company in order to hone their understanding of agile roles and responsibilities. Tools such as Jira and Confluence will be available to you for this. In addition to scrum, some of our agile development teams also work according to the kanban model.
