New Supervisory Board of the Bundesdruckerei Group formed

The Supervisory Board of the Bundesdruckerei Group, which equally represents both shareholders and employees, has reconstituted itself as scheduled. The Supervisory Board is formed at Bundesdruckerei Gruppe GmbH as the parent company of the Bundesdruckerei Group.

Dr. Kai Beckmann, Prof. Willi Berchtold, Prof. Dr. Claudia Eckert, Stefan Ramge and Petra von Wick have once again been appointed to the Supervisory Board as shareholder representatives, together with Barbara Kluge who is new to the Supervisory Board. Group employees elected Marcus Pfaff, Sonja Jung and Kirsten Langen to the Supervisory Board along with ver.di representatives Alfons Paus and Rachel Marquardt and executive employee representative Dirk Straßburger. Prof. Willi Berchtold was elected Chairman of the Supervisory Board and Marcus Pfaff as his deputy. The term of office of the previous Supervisory Board of the Bundesdruckerei Group ended on 18 May 2021 with the resolution by the shareholders' meeting on the discharge for the 2020 financial year. The newly appointed committee constituted itself immediately afterwards and took over the tasks.

As a German government IT security company, it bears social responsibility and is particularly committed to Germany’s digital sovereignty. Bundesdruckerei Gruppe GmbH acts as the parent company for the subsidiaries and is also responsible for management of the Group’s minority interests.
