We promote talent
Each employee is unique. That's why we promote in individual concepts every single employee’s talent, expertise and determination to perform. Our aim is to help each of our colleagues to achieve their career goals.
We have developed a dedicated programme for our specialists. This specialist career programme is based on the idea that the value of a position does not depend on its place in the hierarchy but on its contribution to the overall system. With this four-stage programme, we can offer our outstanding experts transparent prospects for their careers and support them with individual specialist measures and group-based development programmes.
Promoting education is another part of our staff development. This offer targets employees who are interested in further education, for instance, studying, training or a doctoral thesis. Under certain circumstances, we can provide these employees with scholarships, financial support or leave for training and education.
Clever minds are the key to creative and innovative solutions. That's why we are determined to support young talent. We are, for instance, involved in the Deutschlandstipendium programme initiated in 2011 by the German government. Under this programme, scholarships are awarded to honour outstanding academic performance or social commitment.
In our role as benefactor, we provide scholarship students with greater financial independence and an early insight into the working world. We are currently backing two scholarships at Technische Universität (TU) Berlin and Freie Universität (FU) Berlin along with one scholarship at Leibniz Universität Hannover and another one at Technische Universität Hamburg-Harbug (TUHH).
