Sale of Bundesdruckerei completed
Berlin, 9 October 2009 - The process of selling Bundesdruckerei GmbH came to a successful close yesterday in Berlin with the signing of the purchase agreement.
This means that the Federal Republic of Germany - represented by the Federal Ministry of Finance - is now the sole shareholder. The company's status under private law remains unchanged. Bundesdruckerei is pleased to report the successful completion of the transaction and is looking forward to working with the new shareholder.
