The object of the company is to execute orders in the field of printing valuable and security matter. Furthermore, the company offers complete systems for the centralised and decentralised production and personalisation of ID cards and provides solutions for product and brand protection.

The important products of value and security printing include

  • Identification documents (ID cards, passports and driving licences)
  • Banknotes
  • Postage stamps
  • Revenue stamps
  • Patent information and documents

The collection, processing and use of data is carried out in fulfilment of the above-stated purposes.

  • Customers
  • Suppliers
  • Human Resources
  • Applicants
  • Service providers
  • Co-operation partners

as far as they are needed for achieving the purposes indicated in para. 4 above.

6. Addressees or categories of addressees to whom the data may be communicated

  • Public authorities in the event of the existence of overriding legal requirements
  • External bodies and internal departments for the fulfilment of the purposes defined under para. 4 above.
  • External customers in accordance with section 11 BDSG

7. Usual deadlines for the erasure of data
The legislator has promulgated numerous duties and deadlines with respect to the storage of data. After expiration of these deadlines, the corresponding data is erased as a matter of routine. If certain data is not affected by this, it will be erased as soon as the purposes referred to in para. 4 above cease to apply.

8. Intended transfer of data to third countries
Transfer of personal data to third countries is not planned.
