Security in all work processes
One of the paramount tasks of the democratic state under the rule of law is to protect its citizens' freedom rights. In the modern information society, the right to informational self-determination is an elementary civil right that is becoming increasingly important especially in light of technical progress.

To protect this individual's right to informational self-determination in the sense of the applicable data protection legislation is the guiding principle of our work.

As required by German data protection legislation, we have appointed a data protection officer for our company who is responsible for our company's compliance with federal data protection legislation and other related requirements.

This includes:

drafting of overviews and the official list of procedures and the internal processing overview in order to ensure the information rights of the individuals concerned,
monitoring the correct use of all IT applications as regards the processing of personal data,
training our staff within the scope of data privacy obligations,
advice and assistance for the implementation of technical and organisational measures to ensure effective data protection,
assistance in the conclusion of job data processing agreements within the meaning of the German data protection act,
updating the existing data protection guideline,
protecting the rights of the individuals concerned,
management decisions related to data protection issues,
as well as maintenance of external contacts with supervisory authorities and data protection bodies.

In light of the importance of data protection at our company, we have appointed, in addition to the data protection officer, another employee who is in charge of co-ordinating all data protection issues in the production of ID cards, passports and other ID documents.

We can thereby warrant that the handling of personal data which we need on a temporary basis to produce personal documents is strictly based on data protection law.

It goes without saying that we also protect the data of our customers, suppliers and employees to the same extent.

We implement data protection as an integral part of our security philosophy. With security processes which are implemented and shaped by all of our employees, we can achieve a high degree of acceptance of the statutory and additionally internally promulgated rules and are hence capable of ensuring the effective and efficient implementation of data protection in all our fields of work.

Accreditation of our entire company according to DIN EN ISO 9001 also warrants the outstanding quality.
